Dogs are more than welcome here however they require a single payment of £15.

With 3 twin rooms we have plenty of space for friends enjoying a walking holiday, bikers passing through or keen cyclists doing the 825.

We have four cozy double rooms perfect for partners looking for a little escape, or solo travellers wanting a bit more space our cozy double rooms might just be what you need.

We have two family rooms, one with two doubles and a single the other one double and a single. suitable for families of up-to 5.

Who doesn't love a home-cooked fry up?
Bacon, sausage, egg, mushroom, tomato, beans and hash-brown, as well as toast with jams etc, cereals, fruit juices, tea and coffee. Name a better way to kickstart your day.
We offer breakfast service to residents only, so no big crowds, its served from 7:30-9:30 and its not uncommon for your party to be the only one down at your chosen time.
Breakfast is optional requiring payment on arival, £8 per person, per day.
Note-Worthy Information. . .
We are somewhat of a hub for the local community, providing live entertainment for the locals and any visitors every Saturday night throughout the summer, weekend stays may be slightly noisy but we promise you a brilliant night should you choose to partake!
On Monday evenings a local folk group practice in the main bar providing a peaceful and serene ambiance to our charming little pub.
Be warned, it is an old building (see our history) nothing is really straight, the staircase you'll use to access your room dates to the 1600s for instance. However, this character is the single most charming element of our beautiful pub.
